I say a little prayer

The moment I wake up before I put on my make-up, I say a little prayer for you!

Funny how lyrics can stick in your head. People always say actions speak louder than words. Well not for me!

I guess because I am a songwriter and I believe in the power of the words. Don’t get me wrong, if you are actin like an Ass I am all down with the actions part.

However words can be very powerful, enchanting and intoxicating. There are many times I have read some of the comments you Peeps leave on my FB wall and ya know what? They indeed make me smile and laugh!

Then outta the blue I can get a comment from someone who has never commented before that is like a friggin nasty gram. WTF !

The beauty about the virtual word is that you can delete their Ass…

Words can also be extremely hurtful, biting and damaging.

Hey its’ one thing using words on a comment to add your opinion or funny take on something.

But I don’t think people realize that what comes out of there mouth has repercussions.

So when dealing with friends, loved ones and family- THINK before you get all down and Italian on their ass.

Life is tough enough – it’s all about love & support and right actions and Right Words.

If you know someone is a whacked out Mook don’t engage them? Run Forest Run !!!

And since when did Facebook become a dating site? I realize that some peeps may have found a connection on here and that is indeed magic and wonderful.

However when u get emails from strangers saying that they read your profile and find you so interesting and want to get to know you more and send you their private email address. Well – I just pee in my pants.

They are not attracted to who and what you are but rather a visual of what they think you are.

A visual is nothing unless it’s packed with love and self respect.!!!

If ya go for da visual – you better pop that seat belt on cuz its gonna be a bumpy ride.

So we go back to da WORD – as described in all the songs.

“You always hurt the one you love” which is truly superfluous. But since “you’ve got a friend” you will never be alone. Even if you like to “walk on the wild side” you can still find that “magic moment”. When you have a bad day and say, “should I stay or should I go” stop and think if you have said that “time after time” and if you can’t get “satisfaction” then stop cause “the love you save may be your own”.

“That’s Life”! So take yourself somewhere “beyond the sea” and dream of all the possibilities that can be yours. Find your “Johnny Angel” or your “Sherry” and remember, “all is fair in love”. But “you can’t always get what you want”! “That’s Amore”.

As for me when I encounter peeps with “evil ways” I always remember, “I will survive”. Oh and yea – “I say a little prayer” for them. And then “ blame it on da bogie”~~
